Zero. I went from growing the factory for a couple of hours at a time to however long my bodily and economic obligations allowed; however, as others have helpfully pointed out, there are better options and I wonder what my experience would have been had I chose otherwise.
How long was your adjustment period when you started using that?
I have one and I was probably used to it by the end of the first day.
