The videos circulating of the large explosion may depict an explosion that happened 20 seconds earlier and the videos showing the rocket actually depict an Israeli missile intercepting a Palestinian rocket.
Regardless of what or who caused the explosion, I doubt that it was intentional and was just a tragic mistake.
