We still have civil forfeiture, which clearly violates the 4th.

Then we have eminent domain, which also gets abused quite a bit.

New York did stop and frisk for years, and I think it’s still ongoing (just quietly) despite cases msking it clear it’s a 4th violation.

If the law were followed, and judges convicted those who violate it, I’d be more optimistic.
