Veterans resign as force established as civilian disaster relief becomes ‘militaristic’ and ‘abusive’

State guards are used by many states. Since the national guard can be federalized, states need a force to protect the states while the guard is gone.

    FFS man, you know that rule was removed after like 2 days. And yes, I do regret it, it was a boneheaded idea.
