Did you upload the picture/gif here or linked directly from sex.com? I tried the link but was disappointed that the video didn’t load. I want to make sure the picture/video is visible as much as possible when posting, so I mostly upload to lensdump.com.

The advantage is that lemmy does not have to save the data (minimize hosting costs). The disadvantage, however, is that my link to the source is always (only) in the description. And sometimes I forget that and fortunately there are nice people who draw my attention to it.

Better is the enemy of good. So … if you have a cooler solution, bring it on ;)
