      Having had a dishwasher for the last ten years, I’d find it extremely hard to go back. I hate washing the dishes!

        Fuck yes. I know that not everybody can afford one or have the space, but everyone else should have one. Now we only buy kitchenware that is dishwasher-safe. I haven’t washed anything by hand in about 5 years. If I think all the time (and water) I’ve saved, geez!

      Alternatively, rinse as you go. You won’t be touching the detergent until its time to wash, and it’ll be much easier to wipe down with no debris in the way

    What’re you cooking that requires like 10 coffee mugs and 5 plastic containers, but not a single pot, pan, or cooking dish? Also you just clean as you go, or prep properly if you don’t have time while cooking, and you won’t have this problem.
