Cobb County Police responded to the scene and arrested Aveldanez. They charged him with reckless conduct, which is a misdemeanor.

Hey, at least the cops didnt give him a hi five and tell him he had a nice gun…

Like the Cops in albuquerque did when an 80+ year old woman called for help saying her caretaker was gonna kill her… and who did succeed in killing her, after the cops left.

He will since he is not charged with a felony. Wouldn’t want to take his rights away. /s

This is what the founding fathers wanted, otherwise they would have given all Americans (except the black ones they owned as property) the right to jog without being shot at by yet another legal gun owner who couldn’t control his emotions.

    Alejandro Aveldanez

Does this idiot think that in the eyes of whoever told him it’s a great idea to try to kill black people that he’s not going to be next? There’s a hate hierarchy but the browns aren’t too far up the pyramid from the blacks.

He’s free on bond and it’s only charged with a misdemeanor.
