Judging from how brisk weapons sales have been? Not only are these governments complicit, they are delighted at the death of Palestinians.

    Risks being complicit?

They’ve been complicit since 1947, and even before then the west was meddling in and colonizing the region.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

The western powers on the UN security council face a choice of either demanding Israel lift its stranglehold on humanitarian aid into Gaza or being complicit in Israeli war crimes and collective punishment, foreign ministers from Arab and Muslim countries said on a visit to London on Wednesday.

The group, led by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Nigeria and Palestine, were in London for talks with the foreign secretary, David Cameron, before seeing the French president, Emmanuel Macron, later on Wednesday.

He said if the west rejected the appeals of 2 billion people in the Middle East it would send a significant message, adding the UN had a choice in either containing Israel or being complicit in its war crimes.

The ministers are also conveying a broader political message to western capitals that unless they do more to restrain Israel a new generation of radicals will be born.

Are they going to be complicit in the starvation and deprivation of the people of Gaza or are they willing to enforce the basic principle that civilians must not be affected by a military conflict?

“Is the security council going to live up to its absolute minimum of responsibilities to ensure the innocent citizens of Gaza get the food, the water, the medicine and the supplies that they need or are they willing to be part of collective punishment?”

The original article contains 585 words, the summary contains 227 words. Saved 61%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!

Also Arab and Muslim countries: “lol we should like make strong ties with Israel and pretend to care about Palestininians.”

Egypt literally signed off its border sovereignty to Israel, and basically takes in refugees in exchange for bribes.

KSA refuses refugees of all kinds.

    UAE mostly does the same

Qatar just runs negotiations because they have Hamas connections.

    Iraq is war torn

    Jordan sold out

    Lebanon is functionally broke

Turkey is a NATO and Israeli ally

    Iran is braindead

The rest of them, including the remaining non middle east countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, etc all purchase spyware from Israel too.

I’d complain about these FMs but I’d much rather see the likes of Sisi and MBS get burned first.
