Not if you actually listen to what they say. But you, and apparently millions of other Americans, only pay attention to energy and not substance. Trump is more energetic than Biden but he’s also completely incoherent. Biden still has a very strong command of policy and the political process, can give and take with reporters on the fly. He just happens to speak less energetically.
