Source seems really shakey and… Honestly? I can’t see sony doing this. Kratos has become top sad dad that everyone loves. Going back to mass murderer, rampant misogyny, and questionable consent undermines their brand. Greek kratos had to flee to a non extradition treaty pantheon for many reasons

I also question how much people would actually want to play those at this point. They were b tier spectacle fighters at the time and the overall quality has very much been stepped up in the past twenty years or so

I already own the originals and the remasters. Let me know when it’s a remake.

A de facto remaster with updated assets, but keeping the original gameplay, would be the ideal scenario. My only fear is if woke sensibilities will demand censorship on games that are already rated M for mature. As the societal trend is treating adults like children and vice-versa, I would not be surprised if they censored the remasters.

It would be a demaster anyway.
