If we declare Manipur a foreign country, will Photo Mantri visit? Or should we declare elections there? Or maybe if we spread a rumour that Biren Singh is non-bJP? What will work in getting the blind-deaf-dumb central govt to actually stop the violence?

ETA: Today is the 84th continous day of the ethnic & communal genocide in Manipur, India. And the govt that said it is an ‘internal matter’ to the EU Parl.is not willing to send a joint parliamentary fact-finding mission nor is the PM willing to address Parliament on it. Is it so internal that the Indian Prime Minister won’t discuss it inside India’s Parliament? kidhar discuss karega phir? apne ghar ke char diwari mein?
