This article (and maybe the hearing itself) is really dramatic…

“The technology that we faced is far superior to anything that we had,” Fravor claimed. “And there’s nothing we can do about it, nothing.”

Translation: We don’t understand or recognize what it is, but I can conclude as an expert that we are definitely powerless.

How about they just say, “Wow it was weird and we can’t explain it. Seems to be advanced tech, but we have no idea.”

He did, however, describe the nature of what he saw: “I have to be very careful here … [but] what I personally witnessed, myself and my wife, was very disturbing.”

Again, how about they just say, “Wow it was weird and we can’t explain it. Seems to be something, but we have no idea.” Instead, they sound like the farmer who discovers a crop circle in a movie.

He also said he has interviewed individuals who have recovered “nonhuman biologics” from crashed UAPs. Grusch said he prefers to use the term “nonhuman” rather than alien or extraterrestrial.

I mean… bacteria is nonhuman and not alien or extraterrestrial. Maybe that’s why he’s saying it with that word instead of implying something spooky.

BLEH I don’t know. I want to believe but these hearings are a nothing burger that it seems like the news is trying to puff up to sound like an X Files episode.

It sounds like you haven’t watched the hearing, so maybe you should actually do that before you deign to comment on how stupid the whole thing is.

I have watched the hearing and I read the article before posting so I deigned.

I think there’s really nothing in the hearing that’s groundbreaking.

I think the media is trying to puff it up when there’s really nothing there.

Yeah, most of this has been too vague to really mean anything. The most valuable part is the possibility that Grusch is a reliable source of information. He said the people have the right to the truth but he and every other high ranking official can’t/won’t share the details. I really want something to come of this but with each interaction just lowers expectations further.
