I was BORED with the challenge and that doesn’t say anything about the queens’ acting. It is purely a lack of imagination and plot from the writers of this challenge.

I laughed once with Plasma and when she won I was like ‘makes sense’.

I am also very sad for Mirage but now we have a very fun song that will live in my cardio playlisy for the years to come.

However, the runway was SO FUN. Loved most of the outfits and it made me fall in love with Xunami again.

As a finishing statement: this is SMG’s world and we are just living in it.

I guess you have to be a SNL fan to appreciate it? I am not, and I didn’t live for the challenge but I didn’t hate it either. It actually went by really fast for me (“Is it over already?” I asked myself).

now we have a very fun song that will live in my cardio playlisy for the years to come.

Do you mean her talent show song?

And yes, the runway was iconic! They should have had SMG and Chad Michaels as guest judges :D

this is SMG’s world and we are just living in it.

Can I get an amen up in here?!

I agree that this challenge was meh. The jokes weren’t joking. And what was that Megami and Plain Jane sketch being a near repeat of Jimbo and Jessica’s? As Violet has said about some challenges in season 7, you can’t polish a turd. I thought only the brick idea was funny

Shit I thought that looked familiar. Producers’ mind: If something worked, do it again until it doesn’t work anymore

Not sure about Plasma as a whole yet but she really knocked it out of the park this week. I thought Mhiya was funny too. The deck sketch was funny but was nearly identical to the bush trimming one last RDR live in All Stars 8. I’m not sure anything could have made the Lindsey Graham sketch funny, even if Geneva had known who that was. Seeing Plasma get booted from the news anchor role by Dawn’s little clique made me sad :( but at least she excelled at her new thing. Q as a brick… I like the idea and absurdity of the bit, but wasn’t quite landing for me? Sapphira just oozes charisma every time she’s on screen, love her confessionals as well. She’s gotta be my top pick for the season, tho I would be happy to see a Nymphia win as well.

I actually don’t know who Lindsey graham is so that was also the low point of the sketch for me.
I have the opposite! Sapphira hasn’t really clicked for me, but I love Plasma. I love Queens that are overtly passionate about something and give the unhinched nerd vibe. I think Sapphira is just not getting enough air time for me to connect to get just yet
And ye, the whole dawn clique against plasma was not great but it seemed to from a good place. I don’t think they were trying to be mean or to sabotage her.

I am such a buffy fan, I lived for SMG, and I was so happy to see her really be present in the show. I wish Ru had announced her with more fanfare. If I had been a queen there I would have passed out from hearing her name.

I think all the queens did fairly OK. I don’t think Mhi’ya deserved to be in the bottom. The bitch was hilarious. Plasma was a deserving winner. I think she snatched the win from Q because her choice of Cher runway was more well thought of and original.

And although I love her, I think it was Geneva’s time to go. How hard is it to learn the lyrics to the song! It was a real shame to see Mirage leave. She wasn’t going to win of course but she would have slayed a dance challenge and we’re going to miss that. But that girl is going to be touring the world for a long time because she can perform the house down boots!

I am also soooo relieved that Amanda was safe. When she was announced as the guest in Roscoe’s viewing party I thought she would be the next to go, because you can almost bet that whoever gets invited to Roscoe’s is the eliminated queen. So glad to see her there still. She might not be the fiercest but there’s something about her that for me makes her so likable.

And does anyone remember when was the last elimination without an exit line. That was hard to watch… :(

I know right? Should have made a bigger deal about SMG, she seemed like kind of an afterthought on this ep? But she’s great!
