Let me give the state of opinion changes I’m seeing in Turkey generally.
Young islamists think AKP is outdated; and moved to YRP. Noticable amount of older islamists still believe in AKP; but an opinion shift that could lead to majority opinion change in the future is certainly visible.
Three nationalist parties IYI, MHP and ZP did worse compared to the previous election, IYI especially fell really hard. MHP occasionally sees some protest votes from dissapointed AKP supporters so they’ll still likely held onto their ratio for some time.
CHP has seen a visible rise in votes; I’m assuming a major vote shift happened from the nationalist parties since they really didn’t do well in general and alienated their supporters.
On the east, a shift is visible from DEM to HÜDAPAR; but this isn’t a noticable amount that would lead to a majority opinion shift.
Also a fun fact about the recent election: This election has seen the party with lowest votes ever recorded in the history of Turkey with three votes to GBP.
