I’d hazard a guess that it does.
The sceptic in me suggests that with El Nino returning farmers might be destocking before the inevitable drought.
If people are consuming beef so often that price is an issue, they probably need to consider cutting down.
Eat more goat, real cheap if you can find it! Plus more ethical than beef, etc.
