      I couldn’t believe that people were raw dogging the wildfire smoke in the NYC area when it hit us last year. I couldn’t be outside for ten minutes without getting a headache, and that was with an N95. At least half of this country really is in a death cult.

        Religion nearly inevitably becomes a death cult, because you need to believe there was a creator who intended this world to be ideal for human life, when the stark godless reality is that almost everything in the universe is trying to kill you.
