I have a friend who lives in Utah. It’s worth mentioning that they actually had enough run off this spring (article from 2023) to stave this off, for now. He says it’s still a time bomb but it at least hasn’t gone off yet. Sadly, he said it didn’t seem like the state was taking it that seriously either.
