    For people that wonder „hey there are deserts full of sand“, that is a different sand. To built things you need sand with edges. The sand in the deserts is round.

    Not exactly something I ever expected to hear… So why isn’t this turning into a bountiful export opportunity for North African countries?

    Whole lotta sand there. Not much in the way of ecosystem to worry about… Very close to easy shipping routes…
