- “I don’t block NSFW because it’s not all porn!”
- “I don’t blur because reasons!”
- “I click on them because they might not be porn!”
I’ve seen so many reasons to not use the tools handed to them. It’s kinda sad.
adhd brain gremlin says click it
Yeah but as someone with adhd, that’s still our fault.
It doesn’t help that people keep misusing the nsfw tag. They’ll post a picture of a burnt pizza and tag it as nsfw. But then the very next post on the feed is a girl in see through underwear deepthroating a banana and it’s not marked at all
Lemmy needs proper NSFW tags, I agree. But normally checking the community it’s posted in helps. That said, I‘ve been reporting NSFW content that isn’t marked, and 99% of the time it’s handled right quick.
“I’m gay”
does nobody understand what “ALL” means?
did everyone forget that Reddit’s All used to be the same before they censored it?
You can turn off seeing nsfw posts in user settings.
that too.
I really don’t understand what people expect here.

I don’t get the issue, I maybe see 1-2 posts / day that have the nsfw filter enabled.
Yeah but it gives me a chance to angle my phone away from others first
I had to filter NSFW because as much as I love genitals, it’s just too much sometimes.
But where do „you“ hide porn on lemmy? Looking for weeks and couldn‘t find any
😩 It’s not that seriously dirty
Nah, just use Connect and hide all NSFW. Easy day.
That’s literally a Lemmy feature, not just Connect.

I’m pretty set up with my app and don’t really wanna switch again. I went between like 5 or 6 apps and landed on this one a little while ago and it meets all my needs. Thanks for the rec though.
Which app?
