I have to say I like quickshare. I use it with my Linux machine where I installed https://henriqueclaranhan.github.io/rquickshare/
@jeena yeah. I used to use Device Connect, but it is quite slow to update and hangs when sending videos. Quick Share is literally preinstalled on every single phone, so phones with low storage don’t have a problem.
Tried to use QuickShare the other day for the first time ever.
I was convinced that, after being there for years, on the third page of the quick toggles, turned off… It would “just work” when turned on (and configure it with the “receive everything” option)…
It didn’t. No phone found the other.
Google, all that money and still being incompetent like always.
When QuickShare chat?
I liked the one time I used quickshare from a phone to share an image. Then I realized it uploads the content to the manufacturer’s site. There’s no doubt whatsoever that’s why Google is offering this and you can look at the EULA I’m sure you’re giving them 100% authorization to use the content.
