    This is so wildly true… like 90% of therapy was just “how to stop letting unhappy intrusive thoughts keep you from trying to makr the most of it”

      Finally being able to push aside negative thoughts when thay come in is a huge huge thing though. It seriously makes life so much better.

      And it becomes a muscle memory after awhile. It’s absolutely worth making yourself do it.
