minus-squareWarmSodalinkfedilinkarrow-up2·1 year agoFinally being able to push aside negative thoughts when thay come in is a huge huge thing though. It seriously makes life so much better. And it becomes a muscle memory after awhile. It’s absolutely worth making yourself do it.

Finally being able to push aside negative thoughts when thay come in is a huge huge thing though. It seriously makes life so much better.
