lol I’ve been stuck on this one at a mere 1/10 for a while. It’s actually kinda weird cause I could have sworn Kecleon was waaaay more common before I got this task. I was seeing one every couple of days. But now it’s been nothing. Also kinda wonder if it has a wonky time of day lock, such that my commute won’t see it anymore (but I commute at like 09:00, so that’d be weird).
