          The Russians have been known to sprinkle anti-personnel mines all through these areas. Seems not in this case, but for me personally I would be as sceptical as you are.

          True. It seems they been at it for a while so they got the lay of the land.

          You wouldn’t put AV mines with AP mines together, lest you risk AP mine explosion triggering a useless chain reaction or alerting vehicle crews to mines.

    Given the proximity the mines are put together, wouldn’t they all chain explode when one of them detonates?

    Never knew that mines would be put so close together!
