    Nice one, and a great dark color too! What’d you catch him on?

    Protip: That’s a common, not a grassy. Grass carp look like their face got smushed up into their nose, and they only have a single, smaller dorsal fin in the middle of their back. Commons have that longer, 2-part dorsal fin, and eyes set higher on their heads.

      Thanks for the correction. Got em on some pattern I found on YouTube. Some olive thing that sits on the bottom and kinda looks like a crayfish
