Those are fantastic picks for co-op! My partner isn’t a big gamer unless it’s a 2D Mario, Overcooked, or PlateUp lol. We played a bit of It Takes Two and it was great, but when we got to “chapter 2” where the gameplay switched up she fell out of it.

I also got her into Speedrunners because she’s really competitive and likes to go fast. I’m hoping that the Astro Bot speed run levels will excite her.

Another one for co-op that could be good if you don’t mind the theme is Cult of the Lamb.

Haha, this used to be our banner when we first started. I have a high res one saved somewhere. I like the suggestions for a 30th anniversary or PSX one. I’m going to look and see if I can find a good one

Yeah I agree somewhat, but I feel like they are being used specifically to emphasize the time period of a futuristic 1986, which is when the game takes place. I didn’t hate it tbh
