I also recall that in Germany, teachers can get in trouble currently, if they share images their pupils were sharing, with the parents to alert them. Furthermore, a scanner looking for certain triggers can be trivially circumvented by simply encrypting the images before sending them. All of those points seem to be missing from the website, which makes me question of those points I mentioned are really applicable or not.
