It’s a bit early for me but I don’t think that graph says 49% support? 20% of that is “Neither favor nor oppose” and only 28% support it which is probably what I’d expect based on the number of trump supporters in the country.

Looking at the stats post nerf best case scenario you hit a hero every 9s and get 40 health. Compare that to extra regen where you’d get 27 health in that same time (+3 regen).

If you hit anything but a hero though you’re only getting 15 and if you don’t hit anything you get 0. Still seems pretty solid post nerf now that I look at it if you’re gonna be active but you need to be hitting heros most of the time to make it worth it from a pure regen standpoint.

The bullet shield is a good plus early and the weapon damage is probably a bit more valuable now that every hero took a nerf but it still probably depends on what your build has less demand on gun or vitality items

Wasn’t in the article but looks like the strike is planned for February 1st. Hope Costco meets the unions asks, I really like shopping there but if the strike goes through I’ll stop and won’t be renewing my membership in March if it’s still going on.

Calico wasn’t what I thought. The 3 (turn into Cat) won’t work if you get shot until 5 sec after which makes it pretty useless. The other 3 moves are strong but feel clunky to me. Surprisingly Holliday is the one I think I may add as my 3rd chooses but haven’t actually played her in a match yet

Damn that’s sad to hear since I want to move over to Linux and will be doing to when they stop supporting windows 10.

With the game still being a play test I’m hoping they’ll try to optimize it better on Linux for the full release.

I don’t disagree since it seems that way with a lot of their actions but I wonder how you explain some things like the recent donations to Cuba to help build their energy infrastructure?

Stuff like that makes me think at least a portion of the party would like to do more but they’re careful since they still feel they have a bit to go before more confronting global capitalism more directly. Hopefully we see more things that to start pushing global socialism since we’re kind of on a time clock with climate change.

To help understand the background/history for their current strategy I’d recommend the 4/5 episodes of Guerrilla history podcast that has Ken Hammond on it. Here’s the link to the intro episode It’ll be detailed up to the 80s reform period and then briefly cover after that. It’s based on Kens book “China’s revolution and the quest for a socialist future”. haven’t read the book yet but planning on getting it.

Basically they switched to a market economy to develop their country and raise the standard of living while keeping the core parts socialist.

As for more specific answers on stuff over the last decade I myself am looking for that currently so will share once I find some.

Might need to try calico, turning into a cat and healing a ton looks hella fun especially since the other abilities looks strong.

Sinclair looks like he’ll be a high skill ceiling character. Turning enemies into rabbits is pretty funny too.

Glad to see they dropped new hero’s finally. I think it’s what the game needed to draw more players back and I know it sounded like hero labs was pretty dead so think they might as well just drop the hero’s into matchmaking and balance them that way, it is still technically a play test after all.

I never played hero labs so pretty excited to try out the new hero’s!

I really hope Xiaohongshu doesn’t implement things to separate language users. I didn’t even use TikTok but have been using Xiaohongshu since it’s a lot more fun and unique seeing Chinese culture and memes even if I’m having to do a lot of translating.

I wouldn’t put too much stock in anything outside the top 5 for any section.

Some people want their fav player to get top vote so will use their other ones at a position on troll votes and with Butlers trade demand that’s a pretty easy way to get those kind of votes.

Don’t have another example but just wanted to say the Civ implantation was so bad it kinda ruined the game for me. Thankfully Victoria 3 does it very well and has filled that gap when I’m itching to play that type of game.
