3·1 day agoThe problem is that if you don’t vaccinate the livestock, the virus spreads and mutates and ends up in humans (which is what happens now). It also means the herds are culled (mass killing of thousands of animals) resulting in meat shortages and prices going up.
I suppose if it’s a concern, you could always label the products as vaccinated or vax free and “let the market decide” as they say. Continue to kill off the unvaccinated herds when they are infected and hopefully vaccinate enough to prevent mutation and transmission.
I’m not aware of any water to spare anywhere.
How about vaccinating cattle and chickens first.
3·1 day agoHow much do you suppose the music rights and residuals cost for these properties that Disney already owns? Is it insignificant? Would switching to a streaming model similar to the music industry change things (you only get paid per view)?

11·2 days agoUnpopular opinion — This ended up being my favorite of the Stargate shows. I really wish Amazon/MGM would reboot it with a time jump. It’s bizarre that they own the rights to the franchise and haven’t done anything with it in years.
