    Yeah that pelargonium does not look very happy does it. They like a lot of sun, so probably putting it in a sunny spot and giving it a good drink will perk it right up. If not, it might need some plant food or maybe a repot. I like to use baby bio but there are lots of other brands that are more difficult to confuse with soy sauce.

      My first thought is that it looks nutrient deficient. Light too though.

      People ask me about their struggling house plants. Everytime: “Water? Light? Fertiliser? They need all those things.”

        Well, yes to some degree, yes they all need those things, but at different amounts. You can sunburn plants. A drowned plant can be harder to save than a thirsty one, and you shouldn’t feed a plant that is dormant.

        But, I think neglect kills houseplants more than anything else. If it’s not yapping at their heels, a lot of people forget about the plants and then they might flood it once a month, think they’re taking care of it, but the roots rot and it’s pretty much done.
