If I were not so desensitized, this sight would inspire terror. This act of surgical butchery has plunged a human face into the lightless depths of the uncanny valley. She looks like a marionette. The video would have looked less disturbing if we could see strings.

I’m sure those implants are gonna be a problem for her down the road.
