    I’m guessing that pretty much no one would be allowed to beat a credit card company in court, it would open too big a can of worms.

      Allowed to beat them? Yes. Will they have a dozen lawyers from the most expensive firm they can find? Also yes.

      Corporations always have an extensive legal team which is why lawsuits rarely work against the wealthy.
