He’s basically saying: in order to pay the “John Doe” debt, grab the money from the super special secret money account of “JOHN DOE”, and do that every month until it’s paid off.
Relatively normal stuff, except that he should probably be asking the credit department instead of the CFO, and also that the super secret money account never existed.
CFO of what is my question. There is no CFO of “the government” to send this letter to.
