Turns out, MOHELA the federal loan servicer for Missouri didnt even file a suit when they would be the only ones affected. There was no standing for any states and the whole decision is based on and reeks of absolute partisan bullshit.
The decision is the supreme court essentially using a potemkin case to rewrite the law. Couldn’t even find a real plaintiff to use to stab college debtors in the back.
