It may be technically written on a piece of paper somewhere, but someone who got less votes becoming president over someone who got more is not representative of a genuinely legitimate democracy.
If the National Popular Vote gets 61 more electoral votes worth of states to sign, we’d actually have a direct democracy. Until then, land continues to get a louder voice than people in America.
