Honestly I’d prefer someone younger as they’re more in touch with what’s going on. Not too young, mind you, because most people even in their mid-twenties are still pretty childish and obviously don’t have the experience someone with another decade has. There most definitely needs to be a cap though…noone over maybe 50 or 60.
