    3" running shorts are perfect for gym wear; longer shorts, unless they have a ton of spandex, tend to bind up when you’re trying to do full depth squats, etc.

        I used to be able to do complete side splits due to years of Tae Kwon Do; I have no idea how far I can go now.

        I would not trust my shorts to not traumatize everyone in the gym if I tried though.
