I thought we talked if you owned the games or not. You don’t own the game you’ve installed, you have the license to use it. And that can be revoked etc. Sometimes if it needs to check the license Steam (or whoever owns the game) could just prevent you from playing it even though the files are on your disk.
Gamers are comfortable with that already. It’s the default.
