I’ll be more interested once Toyota makes a real EV. They have some great hybrids but their only EV so far, the bZ6bjfAFmNl337 is… let’s be polite and say “not competitive in the current marketplace”.
Step 1: make an EV people might actually want.
Step 2: try to get people to buy it.
Skipping step 1 is a bad idea.
Well, traditionally they would then hold up their EV which isn’t selling as proof that there’s no market for EVs, but that doesn’t really work when they’re losing marketshare to other EVs.
