Wich free app do you use for gps that respect pricacy and do not track you?

I tested magic earth and in the 1st simulation was in a forbidden road - not precised.

    I use Apple Maps. In theory, it’s not tracking me. I guess I have no way to prove that, but at least they’re on the record saying they anonymize the data from it and don’t correlate routes to people.

      Maybe the app doesn’t but your phone does lol. Literally everything you do whether it’s Apple or Android.

        The idea is to reduce tracking. I still want to be plygged in the grid 😀

        I think you’ll have that problem no matter what app you’re using. Your phone keeps a log of your location and everything you do on it, generally for at least the past month. Apple phones encrypt it and keep it on the phone and I don’t use an Andriod phone so I don’t know what they do, but I imagine it’s something similar. The location logs are there for apps to use and the OS to reference and keep track of apps requesting locations and where they’ve done so – probably some debug uses too. The other logs are just your standard debug logs and usage logs.
