    Actually, I don’t. I’d rather this not turn into a spectacle, just you broke the law, you were found guilty, now go to jail. Having it become a whole crazy political war I don’t think would be good for the country.

      This is a good point. We need the message sent to be that nobody is above the law.

      It matters that he committed crimes, no matter how wealthy he is or who he knows. He should be treated like any other leader of a criminal organization.

      Making it too much of a spectacle would feed into conspiracy theories about political motivation

        To be fair, the leader of any other criminal organization being booked would be a public spectacle. I don’t know if it’s right in this case, but the fair thing to do would be to make a big deal out of it. People who do much less are paraded around, so why shouldn’t Trump? (I know the reasons why though.)
