Vaccine scientist Peter Hotez says anti-vaxxers showed up at his Texas home in the aftermath of the Twitter debate between the doctor, podcaster Joe Rogan and several other public figures.

Figures such as Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, RFK Jr., and, I wish I was making this up, Andrew Tate have begun harassing Dr. Peter Hotez after he posted an article critical of the exchange between Joe Rogan and RFK Jr. As a result of this, Dr. Peter Hotez is now being stalked, even after offering Elon Musk a chance to see the inside of the research laboratory in person and to talk to actual scientists. Dr. Peter Hotez also offered to talk with Joe Rogan on the issue, but was impolitely rebuffed by the conspiracy peddling podcast host.

    I hope he doesn’t either. Even though Dr. Hotez’s offer was not to debate RFK Jr, but to simply go on Rogan’s show and discuss things, I wouldn’t trust Rogan to behave in even a slightly professional or respectful way towards the doctor.
