Just starting a discussion, since I’m not seeing people post and this is still new.
What case are you using, what have you used, and what did you like best?
I’ve only had two. NFC S4 Mini Classic and FormD T1 V2.
I really liked the S4 Mini because of its size, but it wasn’t easy to work on. The FormD although larger, much easier to work on and no heating issues.
I’m using a k39v2.
I really like the form factor and the design (especially how the side panels sink flush behind the front panel).
Though the build quality is not that great, after a few (dis-)assemblies some threads unthreaded amd the material feels not that sturdy. On the other hand, I’ve been carrying my whole setup around, for six days a week and about two years (the case) with me in a pelican case (except for a monitor). And it’s still holding up.
I’ll probaly build something similar from steel when the case finally gives in (or just get something like the densium).
