I have no idea where this pic even came from.

Does wikipedia accept this kind of picture?
I think Wikicommons accepts this style of pic, but you have to know all the legal rights and such about it when you upload, and many of these style of pictures are from books that aren’t free use. I have no idea where this pic even came from.
