I’m not sure what are you asking about… I’m not a tumblr expert, but from my personal (and biased) experience, it’s still used to post stuff. Mainly images and gifs/videos, but there are also some text posts there.
They have said that they are working on implementing ActivityPub. If they do that you may see more tumblr content on the fediverse.
