I have an iPhone XS Max on iOS 17.1. It started either after I opened my profile or after I opened my inbox (I wasn’t paying attention and I can’t seem to reproduce it) and then randomly fixed itself a couple seconds after the second screenshot.
Never seen this myself, so could be device or iOS 17.1 specific. If anyone else has experienced this additional details to help me figure out the issue would be highly appreciated!

This happened to me again and I believe it’s caused by opening a comment from an inbox and repeatedly editing a comment/switching to different tabs.
