Sometimes, when I try to subscribe, this happens. Should I just wait? Or is it some error? It’s been pending for a day already.

I think lemmy.ml and beehaw have gone down recently. So maybe there are issues subscribing to communities hosted there? I have seen the same issue for some of those communities.
