I can’t tell if it was the admins of Hexbear or the mods of Neurodiverse who did this, but they removed a comment stating that people of my gender deserve the same rights as anyone else. If the Hexbear mods and admins think that trans acceptance is an “epic troll” and needs to be removed, then they are transphobes. Nobody who accepts trans people would be offended by seeing trans acceptance. But the Hexbear mods were.
I think this was because the title sounds like a spin on the helicopter joke
If transphobic jokes have persuaded Hexbear users and admins to be exclusionary towards actual trans people, then those transphobic jokes have succeeded in their goal, and Hexbear admins have been successfully propagandized into reactionary politics.
