I’m honestly starting to believe you guys are using AI to do your talking for you. No one wants to read a fucking novel in a random comment on Lemmy about (usually) inane topics. Can you imagine if this is how people talked in real life when replying in a conversation?
Lemmy isn’t Social Media, it’s social networking. The focus here is engagement, and not doomscrolling. Naturally, people here have a tendency to have a stronger attention span over time.
