If voting is mandatory, the most ethical thing to do would be to figure out which race has the least amount of people. Instead of killing millions of people, you could probably get it down to a few dozen or hundred. Of course, nobody dies either way and the mark would show that you tried to do the right thing.

There are no races of humans, “human” is the race.
So I guess racial discrimination can’t be a thing if we’re all one race, right?
Stop trying to change the well-known and accepted definition of race. It doesn’t achieve anything.
Calling ethnic discrimination “racial”, doesn’t make ethnicities into races.
That in itself, is racist.
