The Toronto Public Library says its systems, which were the target of a cyberattack in late October, will remain down until 2024.

According to my librarian wife, this is one of the largest library systems in the country, if not the world.

    The people who would attack a library system deserve to be tarred and feathered before being sent to live inside an active volcano.
